- Initial Deposit: When you book a 3-day tour package with us, it is necessary to pay up some deposit amount of AED 500 to 1000, depending on your booking. This is to confirm your reservation spot.
- Due Date of Deposit: The total amount will be due shortly after confirming your spot.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refunds: The refund policy depends on the date of cancellation and how close it is to your reservation dates. Early cancellations (90 days before) might be subject to a full refund. The rest you can discuss with the support

- Travel Insurance: To cover any unwanted circumstances, purchasing travel insurance is advisable.

- Validity of UAE residency until the return from the cruise
- For Muscat, no additional Visa required
Tourists:
- Should have a multi-entry valid Visa
- Considered as cruise transit passengers in Muscat during the cruise tour
